Studio Terms

Conditions of Entry

Kindly note that the studio is located on an alcohol-free and smoke-free property. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to this policy.

 

Booking and Payment Schedule

  • The studio is available for full-day bookings or half-day bookings:

    • A full day is defined as 8h, from 9 am - 5 pm.

    • A half day is defined as 4h, from 9 am - 1 pm, or 1 pm to 5 pm.

  • The studio is available with a house engineer, or dry-hire (bring your own engineer)

  • To secure a studio booking, book the studio session and pay online with PayPal or Credit Card, or split payments into 4, interest-free with Afterpay

 

Rescheduling, Cancellation and Refund Policy:

Rescheduling: 

  • If you are unable to attend your studio booking, notify us as soon as possible via email or phone. We will schedule a new booking at the next available time.

  • A rescheduling fee of $100 will apply for short-term notice, within 48h prior to the booking.

  • In the unlikely event of a technical failure that prevents the studio session, we will offer a makeup time at the next available date. Please note that the studio cannot be held liable for any losses or damages incurred as a result.


Cancellations & Refunds: 

  • If you need to cancel your booking, notify us as soon as possible via email or phone.

  • Cancellations are subject to a $100 cancellation fee to cover handling and transfer fees.
